The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the website maintained by the Wisconsin FBLA-PBL Foundation, Inc. (“Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

Opt Out
Users may opt-out of communications with us, or affiliated parties, as set forth above under Permitted Use of Information, by sending an email to wisconsinfblapblfoundation@gmail.com or by notifying us in writing by mailing a notice to us at Wisconsin FBLA-PBL Foundation, Inc., ATTENTION: Web Administrator, 3414 Glacier Ridge Rd, Middleton, WI 53562.

If there is any dispute about the Site or the terms of this Privacy Policy, the user agrees that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law provisions and the user agrees to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Wisconsin.
